Take time out to be still.
Witness your thoughts.
Focus on being in the moment.
Take charge of your thoughts.
Identify any fearful thoughts.
Identify what is real.
Make a list of the facts.
Make an agreement with yourself to only deal with the facts.
Deal with one thing at a time.
Continue to monitor your thoughts.
If you find yourself still being fearful. Repeat the above.
Above all remember you are not alone.

If something does not turn out the way you would like it to avoid the temptation to wallow in self-pity.
Centre and balance as quickly as you can.
You can to this by going for a run, swim, having shower, mediating, punch a pillow if you have to.
Shift your focus from what you do not want to what you do want.
Write down your new intention. My intention is to create….. Create an action plan detailing the steps you need to take..
Then take the necessary action to achieve your desired outcome.
